Hi, I'm Sophie. I'm a mum of two, based in Sudbury in Suffolk, and I've spent the last 10 years working in sales, account management and business operations, helping businesses grow, stay organised and keep their customers happy.
I started Bloom My Business because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant small business owners who were exceptional at what they did, but drowning in the back-office stuff that nobody ever warned them about. The unanswered emails. The quotes that went out but never came back. The invoices sitting unpaid. Sound familiar?
I'm not just someone who's read about running a small business. I've worked behind the scenes in one myself; the quotes, the follow-ups, the customer calls, the paperwork. I know exactly what it feels like when the phone's ringing, a job's running over, and there are three unanswered enquiries sitting in your inbox.
I take the sales admin and back-office support off your plate — the stuff that matters but keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list.
I can chase your quotes, manage your inbox, follow up your invoices, book your appointments, request your reviews and keep your pipeline moving. I prepare your job sheets, coordinate your installations and make sure your customers always feel like they're in good hands.
